Minister of Agriculture and Forestry Yumaklı stated, "Applications may be submitted between April 1 and 30, 2026. Project applications must be submitted to the provincial and district directorates of agriculture and forestry in the province and district where the applicant’s business is located or where the applicant declares they will establish their business."
